Yoga & Support Circles

Yoga:
We invited a certified yoga instructor to our CAMPS! As the girls went through different moves and techniques, they learned about breathing methods, mindfulness, and techniques to deal with stress.

Support Circles:
The girls created a physical representation of the support they have in their lives! With them in the inside and their family and friends on the outside, they are surrounded by people who can help them if they need it.
